What OtoDock can do
Everything in the agentic company OS: agents built on Claude Code & Codex, and all they need to work for your company on infrastructure you control.
Chat & collaboration
A live window into everything your agents do, alone or together.
Share an app or a chatShare with a teammate, or with anyone by a link that has a password and an expiry. A shared chat is a read-only copy, a link's buttons stay off until you turn them on, and admins can revoke any link.
Memory that persistsAgents keep transparent, editable memory files, per user and per agent.
Shared knowledge librariesShare an agent's knowledge folder with other agents, read-only or writable, on remote machines too. Each library can carry a team briefing that every attached agent reads before it starts.
Your company of agents
Departments, delegation, and a map of who works with whom.
DepartmentsGroup agents into departments with named levels. Each department picks how delegation flows: down only, down and across, or in all directions, one level at a time or across the whole department.
DelegationHand work to another agent as a visible parallel session you can watch, steer and continue. The result comes back as a report, and files can be dropped into another agent's inbox.
Automation
Your agents keep working when you close the tab.
ChecksA check judges the agent's work at the end of a turn and hands back what it finds, so the agent fixes it in another round. A check can be a schema, a script, an app's handler or a rubric, and a manager can make one mandatory.
Triggers & webhooksAny system can fire your agents, a scheduled task, or a notification, through scoped, rate-limited webhook keys. One GitHub subscription covers a whole organization.
Notifications that escalateFour severities from a quiet chime to a persistent danger alarm with sound and spoken alerts.
Phone & remote machines
Your agents on the phone, and on your own hardware.
Remote machinesPair a Linux, macOS or Windows machine with a one-line install and run agents on it with full access to its files, apps and tools. The machine connects out to your server, so nothing is opened on your network, and your server takes over whenever the machine goes offline.
Browser & computer controlOn a paired machine an agent can drive a signed-in Chrome or Edge, or work inside your own browser, and use the screen, mouse and keyboard like a person would.
Phone callsAgents answer and place phone calls through Twilio or your own Asterisk or FreePBX server. They hold a natural conversation and can be interrupted at any time.
Callers are rememberedEach caller gets a private folder and memory of their own, so a support agent remembers their previous requests the next time they call. You decide how long callers' data is kept.
Documents & media
Agents that deliver real files, not just text.
Image generation & editingGenerate and iterate on images in chat, plus a professional-grade editing pipeline for photos.
Video toolkitA full editing pipeline for agents: AI-generated footage and transitions, timeline edits, captions, voice-overs, and music.
Web browsingAdd the browser tool from the community catalog to enable your agents to research the live web.
Engines & tools
Your own AI at the core, and a catalog that keeps growing.
Powered by the real agentsOtoDock runs Claude Code and Codex as its engine. Your agents inherit everything the real CLIs can do.
Works with your subscriptionsConnect your Claude or ChatGPT subscription and your agents run on it. Every user connects their own, and each engine has a default model chosen by tier.
Local modelsRun agents on models on your own hardware: Ollama, llama.cpp, LM Studio or vLLM, on Codex and on the Direct LLM engine, on your server or a paired machine.
Direct LLM engineA lighter engine with low latency, for uses like phone calls. It runs API models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Groq and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, with file tools, the platform tools, skills, and web search with sources.
Extensible by designAdd capabilities with MCP tool servers: install from a manifest and assign tools per agent.
SkillsBrowse and install skills from the community, or bring your own from any standard skill folder, and give them to any of your agents.
Security & teams
Built to be shared.
Sandboxed by defaultEvery agent works in its own locked-down sandbox, isolated from your network. You grant access one service at a time.
Team-ready securitySSO/OIDC, two-factor auth, four roles on every agent from viewer to manager, encrypted credentials, and scoped API keys, from day one.
Usage & budgetsPer-user and per-agent cost tracking with weekly or monthly limits.
Self-hostedOne-command Docker install. Your data, credentials, and history never leave your infrastructure.
